Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and self-driven Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in developing a new backend application for the healthcare domain.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to replace a legacy system through technical investigation, customer collaboration, and business analysis, requiring equal proficiency in communication and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Discover and document the functions of the existing system and underlying business processes
• Drive feature development and delivery across the product life cycle
• Collaborate with UX designers to model and wireframe intuitive user interfaces
• Communicate proactively with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, requirements, guides, and release notes
• Play a Subject Matter Expert role for assigned modules of the product
• Ensure captured requirements are accurate, complete, and effectively usable by the Team
• Contribute to defining standards for Team’s Definition of Ready and Definition of Done
• Oversee or facilitate acceptance testing for implemented features
• Introduce and enhance business analysis practices within the Team
• Proactively identify and address product gaps

Requirements

• Residence in Ukraine (remote work eligible only for candidates based in Ukraine)
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex projects
• Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and diagramming workflows
• Hands-on experience with one or more Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
• Expertise in web application design, system integration concepts, and technical documentation
• Strong understanding of requirements communication to UX/UI designers to achieve desired outcomes
• Familiarity with analyzing datasets to validate assumptions
• Competency in dealing with stress and a high-paced work environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 or higher)

• Knowledge of healthcare domain processes and technologies
• Familiarity with legacy systems migration projects
• Background in working with distributed teams across various regions
• Understanding of quality assurance processes and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Showcase of contributing to process improvement initiatives
